In a first-of-its-kind initiative at the national level, Lavoara Sports Academy of Setif has established the Sportsmanship and Ethics Committee, with the aim of promoting the values of sportsmanship, ethics, respect, and responsibility within the sporting community.

The committee brings together a distinguished group of professionals and experts from the fields of sport, media, and academia:

• Mr. Abdelhakim Serrار — Honorary President and Member of the Sportsmanship and Ethics Committee.
• Mr. Nasreddine Qamrish — Sports Researcher and Executive Officer at the Ministry of Sports, and Member of the Sportsmanship and Ethics Committee.
• Mr. Nabil Bouskine — Media Professional and Member of the Sportsmanship and Ethics Committee.
• Mr. Hichem Bouaoud — General Director of the Academy and Member of the Sportsmanship and Ethics Committee.
• Dr. Nasser Djerar — Doctor and Member of the Sportsmanship and Ethics Committee.
• Ms. Zineb Ben Ouedina — Former National Handball Team player for ten years, former teacher at Malika Gaid High School, and Member of the Sportsmanship and Ethics Committee.

The establishment of this committee reflects a strong commitment to embedding ethical values and sportsmanship at the heart of athletic development, contributing to a more respectful, responsible, and positive sporting environment.
